Do I need an account?
No. The form composes a draft email in your default mail client — your email goes out from your own address, no signup or account on tooljo.
Will you actually build it?
We can't promise to build every request, but every email is read by the founder. Requests that mention a real workflow + multiple use cases get prioritized. The roadmap is partly shaped by what people ask for.
How long does a new tool take?
If we already have a similar tool in the network, an extension or new variant can ship in days. A fully new category — like the debt payoff calculator we shipped recently — is typically 1–2 weeks. We don't promise dates.
Why isn't this a real form submission?
Form backends mean either signup-required services (intrusive), or storing your data on tooljo's server (which we don't have — we're a static site network). Composing a mailto draft keeps every byte you type on your machine until you press Send. It's the most private option, and it works.
